Service description
We provide a crypto payment gateway that lets merchants create invoices, accept cryptocurrency on supported EVM networks, and receive settlement notifications via webhooks.
Merchant responsibilities
- Provide accurate business and contact information.
- Keep API keys and webhook secrets confidential.
- Comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding crypto payments.
- Do not use the service for fraud, money laundering, or prohibited goods.
Fees and settlement
Processing fees apply per settled payment as shown in your dashboard. Withdrawals are subject to minimum amounts and review. Balances are credited in USDT equivalent after on-chain confirmation.
Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Blockchain networks, RPC providers, and third-party infrastructure may cause delays.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses from network congestion, user error, incorrect wallet addresses, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
Account suspension
We may suspend or freeze accounts that violate these terms, pose security risks, or are required by law enforcement.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
